In search for a commercial real estate appraiser for a hotel I am interested in purchasing, I had sent out numerous emails to appraisal companies within Myrtle Beach area, Alpha-Omega Appraisal Service was the only company that responded in a timely manner. Even though they were unable to assist me as they are not qualified to appraise commercial properties, their timely response and reference to other companies demonstrated their commitment to respond to all emails, whether they could assist or not. Moreover, the reference they provided, I am currently working with them (commercial appraiser) to appraise the hotel. Thank you so much for your timely response as I now can move quickly through the DD period.
